Special Rules & Notes
Important notes for this license
- 90 PDPs required per 5-year renewal cycle, logged in IPDP
- PDPs must include the same four required focus areas as the Professional Educator Certificate
- Advanced Professional Certificate requires a master's degree or equivalent graduate credits
- Beginning July 1, 2025: scientific reading instruction proficiency requirement applies to relevant license areas
- Renewal submitted through the TEACH Dashboard
- Renewal fee: $10 per certificate ($1.50 additional for online payment)

How to Submit Your Hours
