Important notes for this license
- 150 CLUs required per 5-year renewal cycle — same as Level 2
- CLUs must be verified by the employing school district through the Certification Update Packet

- Level 3 is the highest teaching certificate and typically requires a master's degree plus teaching experience
- As of January 2025, the $25 criminal background check fee has been eliminated for renewals
