Important notes for this license
- 90 PGP points required per 5-year renewal cycle
- Alternatively, may renew with 6 semester hours of college coursework
- PGP must be approved by a building-level administrator, superintendent, supervisor, or director
- CPR and AED certification from an IDOE-approved provider is required
- Do not apply more than 45 days prior to expiration date
- Renewal submitted through the LVIS (License Verification and Information System) at in.gov/doe
- No late penalty from IDOE licensing office, but license will not be renewed until requirements are met
